Customer Service Representative
TS NCT is a growing company that offers a good work environment and we are looking for a customer service representative. Candidates should be an energetic people person who thrives in a fast pace work environment to grow with our company. Good communication and people skills are a must. This person will work directly with the customer and our production team coordinating work requirements. The position requires daily generation of WIP (work in progress) reports in Excel, as well as working with customers and cell supervisors. The candidate will be working with various production related reports as well as coordinating constant customer driven changes and prioritizing that will need immediate attention.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
-Maintain department spreadsheets
-Coordinating expedited orders with the cell supervisors and customers
-Coordinating with customers and cell supervisors regarding requirements for inhouse orders and processing
-Coordinating trade shows
-Supporting customer survey requests
-Keeping track of WIP and lead times
-Generating WIP reports using QuickBooks
-Creating and sending formal quotes to customers
-General quoting from published price lists
-Blueprint reading is a plus but not required. Training can be provided
-High School Diploma.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
-Good people skills are a must as this position requires a lot of interaction between cell supervisors and customers
-Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through a computer
-Passion for excellence in service and strong attention to detail.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong organizational skills
